To get preferred customer price, one has to register as a retail customer at: Registrition then call 1-800-363-1890 to place the first order, asking for the preferred customer status. Once you got the preferred customer status, you can place orders online later on. There is no fees, no minimum purchase for each order as a preferred customer. (pay $28 for Km)

For Health Member (and distributor), you'll pay wholesale price, $23.5 for Matol Km. There will be a one-time fee of $4.95 to register as a health member. The minimum order requirement is 50 points, which equals to 3 bottles of Matol Km or Biomune OSF or in any combinations (Km =18 points; Biomune = 18 point).
