You can go to book stores or your local library to find some books to read. Or you can search on the web to get what you want. Lots of information are available teaching beginner how to meditate. On this website Mr. Raw Clark provides a complete meditation system that you can follow step by step, with techniques how to meditate easy to follow. You can also download the meditation mp3 audio recordings to help you to meditate. If you are really not in the mood to practice meditation (which I strongly suggest you to do, remember you own yourself and your family to be healthy!), you can still benefit from Mr. Raw Clark's meditation MP3 audio recordings. Just follow the recording for the first lesson of the Self-Healing Archaeous Audio Series to get really relaxed. You can download the audio recordings free from his site by going to the Self-Healing Archaeous, once inside that page you will see the files for each lesson, both the audio files and script files. You can also order the audio files on CD from his website for a small amount of fees. To help you get relaxed, you can also try some meditation music. You will have a large selection to choose from. An interesting concept is provided by the software of BrainWave Generator. This small software generates binaural beats that change your brain frequency towards the desired state, be it relaxation or enhanced attention. It has more than 20 built-in brain wave entrainment programs. You can also create your own programs (presets). On its website there is also a large presets library to choose from. Proper ExerciseStudies have shown that proper exercise can makes you younger for up to ten years physiologically. So go out and do some stretches; walk around your neighborhood for half an hour; or go to your community center to participate your favorite sport activity. If you have rarely exercised for quite a while, then take it easy at first. Just remember that you are out there to enjoy the beginning of your new healthy life, there is no need to rush. A gentle walking is a good way of relieving stress by exercise. Does Laughing Really Make You Healthier?Well, let's look at it this way: it's well known that depression is detrimental to our health, and serious depression is an illness itself. So, the more laugh you have, the less chance you will be in the depressed mode, and in this sense laughing really make you healthier.Laughing is contagious. When you laugh, you change the mode of people around you; tensions disappear; pressure is released; you create a whole new world. So, please keep laughing.
