On this website Mr. Raw Clark provides a complete meditation system that you can follow step by step. You can also download the audio recordings to help you to meditate.
If you are really not in the mood to practice meditation (which I strongly suggest you to do, remember you own yourself and your family to be healthy!), you can still benefit from Mr. Raw Clark’s audio recording. Just follow the recording for the first lesson of the Self-Healing Archaeous Audio Series to get really relaxed.

To help you get relaxed, you can also try some meditation music. You will have a large selections to chose from.

Proper Exercise
Studies have shown that proper exercise can makes you younger for up to ten years physiologically. So go out and do some stretches; walk around your neighborhood for half an hour; or go to your community center to participate your favorite sport activity.
